At its 115,000 square foot Streetsboro location, 290 Deluxe employees manufacturer small business checks and forms. 

Deluxe Streetsboro will share its Lean journey, which began in 2000 and was re-energized and streamlined in 2006. In 2000, the Streetsboro plant shipped 7,000 orders per day and employed 275 employees. Today the plant ships 17,000 orders per day and has 290 employees. Over 90% of the orders ship with-in 48 hours.

Lean for Frontline Supervisors

In this two day workshop at your site, participants develop your organization's business case for Lean, assess your organization's readiness for Lean, conduct selected Standardized Work audits, develop improvement ideas and develop lean Standard Work for supervisors. 

Office Process Improvement

In this two day workshop teams apply quality and Lean practices to improve office processes at your site.  Using value Stream Mapping teams construct and analyze Current State Maps and develop Future State Maps, leading to development of process improvement implementation plans.
