Half-Day Workshop
Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) are Lean methods of cost control that emphasize achieving the necessary function at the minimum cost. VE is recognized as an effective tool for reducing cost, increasing productivity and improving quality.
This workshop uses an effective seven-step methodology, which identifies and eliminates areas of high cost by creating alternatives that perform the required function at a lower cost.
