Lean for Frontline Supervisors
Two-Day Workshop
Learn Lean by doing Lean at your facility!
This workshop is focused on frontline shop supervisors. Supervisors are taken through five steps with emphasis on teamwork and learning by doing at each step.
Business Case for Lean - Review the business case for Lean from a global, organization and individual perspective, including shop floor inspection for waste to develop the organization's business case for Lean.
Prepare for Flow - Review the Lean process, Value Stream Mapping and Lean tools and discuss organizational; readiness.
Manage Flow - Review Standardized Work and Visual Control and conduct ship floor audits.
Continuous Improvement - Review PDCA Model and Kaizen and identify real improvements on the shop floor.
People and Sustainability - Develop the Lean Standard Work culture and environment for your organization.
