Our mission is to serve business, labor, government, healthcare and academia in order to improve the economic climate and competitive position of companies and organizations throughout the state with a focus on northeast Ohio. This mission is accomplished by helping organizations improve productivity and quality through employee involvement and cooperation.

The Northeast Ohio Center for Labor Management Cooperation at WINOC receives funding from the Ohio Department of Development Office of Labor-Management Cooperation. WINOC is a not-for-profit organization with financial contributions from sponsors, memberships, foundation and government grants as well as advisory services and educational programs.
