The Team Leader and Facilitator Training Workshop will provide you with insight into the differences between the role of the team leader versus the role of the facilitator and when each is appropriate. In addition, you will learn a step-by-step model which will help your teams solve problems by making consensus decisions in a systematic fashion.

You'll have an opportunity to practice this model by leading and facilitating groups of participants during simulations of "real world" situations.
