WINOC offices are located in Medina, Ohio, not far from the intersection of I-71 and I-271. Get off I-71 at Exit 218/Route 18/East Washington Street. Proceed 3.4 miles west on Route 18 to the square in downtown Medina. Jog north then west on Rt 18, West Liberty Street. We are located on the right just four blocks (.5 miles) west of the square at "Liberty Row", 445 West Liberty Street.
