Whether you are a small, medium or large company, a major customer, or a small supplier, LEAN techniques apply to you. The best way to learn about Lean is to see it first hand. Please join other Medina County Manufactures in touring one of your neighbors and, one of Medina County’s most impressive lean facilities, Sealy Mattress Company.

Three years ago, this Medina facility was earmarked to be closed. A combination of Lean concepts, committed leadership, and dedicated employees, managed to turn this plant into one of the top producers of Sealy’s more than 20 manufacturing facilities.
